What can I expect from the experience?
TRICKD is an immersive illusion experience where reality playfully shifts as you move through it! What starts familiar becomes playful and surprising — colours shift, proportions play tricks, sound and touch defy expectations, and your senses experience fun surprises. Each space builds on the last, combining optical, cognitive, auditory, tactile, gustatory, and mixed-reality illusions to create a continuous, interactive journey.
This is not a series of isolated rooms — it’s a walk-through adventure where your senses are delightfully challenged.
Where is the experience located?
The experience takes place at Level 1 - 4 Orchid Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. We recommend you enter on Orchid Ave, between 7-Eleven and Yankees Pub.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 45-90 minutes at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
While traditional food and beverages are not available, the TWISTED TREATS Vending Cafe, located inside the attraction, offers flavor defying gustatory illusions for purchase.
Is there parking available?
Paid parking is available at the nearby
Bruce Bishop Car Park
and several other lots including the adjacent Hilton Hotel. Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the experience, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App (available on
Google Play
and the
Apple App Store
) or on the
Fever website
. Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please

if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number. Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the
Apple
App
Store
or
Google Play
. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please

. Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. If you would like to make the change, please
contact us
and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 60 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed inside the attraction, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the attraction is accessible, and all rooms are wheelchair accessible except for the Zero Gravity room.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
We are happy to confirm that both deaf and visually impaired people will be able to enjoy this experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
There are no strobe lights in use.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms!
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at

. Is coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience! Kids aged 3 and under do not need a ticket and will get free admission at the box-office. Please note that children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
